“Yume” which means "dream" in Japanese, is seriously a pastel dream - swaths of light pastel pink fades into greens, yellows, and purples. (Shown on Superwash Merino Nylon Sock)

Please note that due to the dye process, there is more variegation between each of these skeins than usual. If you are looking to make a project that requires multiple skeins, I highly recommend alternating skeins to prevent a color-blocked look due to the difference between skeins. Inspired by my last alcoholic drink before I realized I was severely allergic to alcohol, Sangria is a beautiful and flavorful mix of wine red, burgundy, and fruity yellow and orange. Have you ever noticed the light that filters through tree leaves? The Japanese word "Komorebi" has no direct English translation, and is a word that describes the sunlight that plays between leaves as it shines over trees. I created this colorway to illustrate a word that's hard to describe - bright and musky tree leaf greens with interplays of sunshine yellow.

Based off the Halloween classic, Beetlejuice, I love the kookiness this whole film embodies with its colors, costumes, and set design, and I wanted to translate that wonderful weirdness into yarn!

Hereditary is one of my favorite horror movies, and it’s 10/10 a must watch for me during the spooky season! Although it is a pretty gruesome movie, the color palette of the film is (I think) beautiful and perfect for an autumnal colorway! Introducing E.T.👽! I wanted to focus particularly on the famous bicycle scene 🚲 (bc who wasn’t a kid who wished that they had an alien friend that they can bike through the sky with). When I dyed this up I immediately was reminded of the cool rain that autumn brings, as well as the Halloween candy I loved (and still enjoy)! I thought this name perfectly sums up this blue - cool and deep like rain, but still vibrant and happy - like candy!

Shoyu (or soy sauce), is the sauce that goes with pretty much anything! My favorite is simmering it along with garlic to make a sauce for my edamame *drool*. Just like the real deal, this dark warm brown coordinates perfectly with almost any other colorway, and would be the perfect neutral for a comfy sweater!

Made up of warm beige and browns with pops and speckles of dark pink, red, and blue, this colorway is named after patina, or the natural darkening or discoloration of the surface of metals, leather, and other materials from oxidation due to age and use. Patina was also part of the name of my husband and my previous business, "Oxford Patina". A very dear to me name, I hope you all love this beautiful neutral colorway as much as I do!

Tempura is inspired by shrimp tempura (which is probably the most popular kind of tempura and the best imo) and features a golden yellow body with a pop of orange.
