When I saw Emily's #stripeyturtletank design on her youtube podcast, "108 Stitches" I immediately knew that it would be so much fun to make sets for it! Emily and I curated three different sets for three different stripey turtle tank looks - we hope you find one you love!
About the "Stripey Turtle Tank":
This stripey, cropped tank is constructed from the bottom up with a twisted rib edging, stockinette body, and split at the arms to be worked flat for the front and back. The shoulders are joined using a 3-needle bind off, then a twisted rib mock neckline, and the armholes are finished with an i-cord bind off.
You can find Emily's pattern on *Ravelry*! 100% of the proceeds from this pattern will go to "Pitch in for Baseball and Softball" a non-profit organization that provides equipment for kids that otherwise wouldn't be able to play!
These sets include all you need to make this super fun tank top:
- 1 full-sized (100g) skein on the Superwash Merino 4-ply base in the Main Color (MC)
- 1 or 2 mini (20g) skeins of each CC on the Superwash Merino 4-ply base (please use the "Sizing and Fit" measurements (last image) to choose the correct size when ordering your set!

Please make sure you choose your correct size so that you know you'll have enough yarn! See the last photo to figure out your correct size before you order!
Sizes 1-6: 1 full MC skein + 1 mini skein of each CC (5 minis total)
Sizes 7-9: 2 full skeins + 1 mini skein of each CC (5 minis total) - $4 discount!
Sizes 10-13: 2 full skeins + 2 mini skein of each CC (10 minis total) - $8 discount!
All skeins are carefully dyed with acid dye, washed and rinsed, however some bleeding may still occur. Each skein is unique and therefore colors may vary slightly from one to the next. Due to differences between monitors and screens, actual colors may also vary from what is shown. I recommend handwashing in cool water.
