‘Kaeru”, means “frog” (anyone else a fan of Jason Funderburker?? 🐸), but can also mean “to return home” depending on where you place the emphasis on the syllables. Did I ever think I would ever create a colorway inspired by frogs? No (even tho they are indeed pretty cute), but the meaning(s) behind the name was too good to pass up, and I knew its contrast with ‘Over the Garden Wall’ would make it the perfect pairing! This green has warm yellow undertones that compliments ‘Over the Garden Wall’ very nicely, with a layer of light green over top. It’s one of my most “variegated” looking tonals in my lineup, but I love how the green plays throughout the skein!
All skeins are carefully dyed with acid dye, washed and rinsed, however some bleeding may still occur. Each skein is unique and therefore colors may vary slightly from one to the next. Due to differences between monitors and screens, actual colors may also vary from what is shown. I recommend handwashing in cool water. Listing is for one skein only!
